Bartłomiej Nowak is a graduate of the Management of the Kozminski Academy in Warsaw and the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Since 2009, he has a degree of Doctor of Laws - European University Institute, and since 2013 - the postdoctoral degree awarded by the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Specializes, among others in economic law, the law and the policy of natural resources and the law of the European Union.
Since 2009, he has been associated with the Kozminski University in Warsaw in the positions of: Adjunct, and later the Extraordinary Professor at the College of Law, and Vice-Rector for Social and Economic Studies.
Member of the Editorial Board: Journal of Management and Business Administration. Central Europe, Krytyka Prawa, Yearbook of Polish European Studies, Yearbook of antitrust and regulatory studies, Internet Antitrust and Regulatory Quarterly (Scientific Council).
Finalist of the 15th edition of the Political Science Awards, a scholarship holder of the Polish Government for outstanding young scientists and a participant in a four-year research grant at the European University Institute in Florence, and a scientific editor of many research projects. Member in Scientific Councils of i.a.: Institute of Aviation, Institute of Electron Technology, National Center for Nuclear Research.
