Zmiana dyrektywy dotyczącej delegowania pracowników w ramach świadczenia usług

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zmian w dyrektywy dotyczącej delegowania pracowników w ramach świadczenia usług, dokonanych przez dyrektywę 2018/957 z 28 czerwca 2018 r. Autor opisuje najważniejsze z tych zmian, ich genezę i cel, zarazem konfrontuje je z zarzutami stawianymi przez rząd Polski i Węgier w postępowaniach C-626/18 i C-620/18, zmierzającymi do stwierdzenia nieważności kluczowych postanowień dyrektywy 2018/957 lub całej dyrektywy, a także z dotychczasowymi poglądami piśmiennictwa na tle zmian wprowadzonych w instytucji delegowania pracowników.
