Associate Professor in Marketing at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, Poland. She is a member of the European Marketing Academy. She received her PhD in marketing from the University of Warsaw. She has authored and co-authored books and articles in journals such as "Journal of Services Marketing", "Journal of Consumer Behaviour" and "European Journal of Management Review". Her research interests focus on consumer behaviour, consumer experiences and experiential marketing in both online and offline settings.
