Doctor of Economics specialising in management and quality studies, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Opole University of Technology. In her scientific and teaching work she primarily addresses the problems of broadly understood marketing activities and intellectual capital management, with particular focus on the market capital of businesses. Author of several dozens scientific papers in this field. She is also the author of the scientific monograph Intellectual capital management in the era of the digital economy. She developed her skills and professional experience based on cooperation with the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.
