Associate professor at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where she is the head of the Department of Commerce and Marketing. Author of publications on internationalization of retail trade enterprises, product category management, merchandising, establishing and evolution of retail formats as well as in-store consumer behaviour. She also conducts research on alternative retail formats, such as charity shops. Currently investigates issues related to sustainable consumption.
