Green relational capital as an instrument for building the competitiveness of enterprises
Green relational capital is a unique resource supporting pro-ecological management. The aim of the article is to assess the scale of implementation of activities leading to the building of this capital and to identify the attitudes of Polish managers regarding the impact of these practices on the competitiveness of the organization. The research covered 150 enterprises located in Poland. In the course of the research, a gap was found in the implementation of activities leading to building green relational capital. It was found that this capital as an instrument of building competitiveness is used in less than half of the surveyed entities. The diagnosed gap may constitute an impulse stimulating interest in these issues in Polish organizations.
