Mgr Izabela Cimoch

PhD student at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University of Technology. Employed as a Coordinator of Innovation Office at PCO S.A. since 2020 leading research and development projects co-financed from domestic and foreign funds. From 1997 to 2020 she gained experience in Polish and international companies managing promotion and sales teams. In 2019, as a second major, she graduated with a master's degree from SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical and Health Psychology. The same year, she graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Studies of the School of Pedagogical Sciences with a degree in Pedagogical Preparation and Oligophrenopedagogy. Additionally, she completed the first level EMDR Therapy course and started cooperation with OnkoCafe Foundation "Together Better", supporting and conducting therapies for people struggling with cancer. She graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and Law with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (International Economic Relations) in 1998 and a Master's Degree in Economics (Organization and Management) in 2000.

Recently, issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and related concerns about survival in a dynamically changing environment have been absorbing both business and employees. The sudden stoppage of the smoothly functioning economy in Poland and worldwide has become an event incomparable in its scale and form. The situation introduced long-lasting changes in the market of both entrepreneurs and employees, but also provided knowledge about which processes or models functioning in enterprises prove effective in crisis situations. The aim of the article is to present the organization model in accordance with the concept of Frederic Laloux and to assess the effectiveness of this solution in the era of ongoing changes related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The application of Laloux's concept in enterprises may be an effective solution for companies seeking to survive. For other entrepreneurs, it can provide an opportunity to grow and further improve them in taking innovative actions in the market.
