Dr Krzysztof Stasiak, PhD in law, Assistant Professor at the Department of Criminology at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, author or co-author of dozens of scientific publications, including commentary to the Act on probation officers and the Outline of the Methodology of the work of a probation officer, expert at the National Council of Probation Officers and, as its representative, has repeatedly participated in legislative work of various legal acts in the Sejm and Senate, District Superintendent at the District Court in Gdańsk, President of the Pomeranian Association of Probation Officers.
