Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Faculty of Non-Ferrous Metals, major in Metallurgy) and Częstochowa University of Technology (Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Protection, major in Environmental Engineering). Since 1996 employee of zinc smelter, and since 2005 head of the sinter and sulfuric acid department. In addition, in the years 2003–2013 he was an advisor for the transport of hazardous materials by rail and in the years 2011–2020 a member of the supervisory board of the zinc smelter.

Materials management based on the example of sinter production in a steel company

Materials management was presented on the example of the sinter production process in a metallurgical company. The work was an analytical case study type. The empirical part of the work presents the process of preparing raw materials for sinter production and an analysis of the effectiveness of materials, raw materials and feed resources management at the entrance to sinter production was carried out. OEE indicators were used to evaluate the efficiency of the sintering device. The prepared and presented process belongs to the area of production materials management and production logistics.
