Media społecznościowe w komunikacji wewnętrznej przedsiębiorstw na współczesnym rynku — na podstawie wyników badań ankietowych
Celem artykułu jest rozpoznanie i ocena, w jakim zakresie firmy działające na polskim rynku wykorzystują media społecznościowe w komunikacji wewnętrznej, a także jakie widzą korzyści oraz negatywne skutki korzystania z tych mediów w komunikacji wewnętrznej, jak również spełnienie jakich warunków pozwoli na zwiększenie skuteczności działań komunikacyjnych. Zastosowana w artykule procedura badawcza obejmowała studia literaturowe oraz analizę wyników badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego z zastosowaniem techniki CATI w 2022 r. na próbie 152 przedsiębiorstw działających na polskim rynku. Respondentami były osoby odpowiedzialne za wykorzystanie technologii internetowej w marketingu, zwłaszcza w komunikacji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej przedsiębiorstwa. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników można stwierdzić, że poziom korzystania z mediów społecznościowych w komunikacji wewnętrznej, zwłaszcza w małych i średnich firmach, jest jeszcze niewystarczający, ale perspektywy wykorzystywania tych mediów są obiecujące, o czym świadczą dostrzegane przez firmy korzyści. Przedsiębiorstwa zauważają też bariery w stosowaniu tych mediów, w pierwszej kolejności brak wypracowanej przez firmę strategii zarządzania mediami społecznościowymi oraz brak zintegrowania działań w social mediach z innymi stosowanymi kanałami komunikacji. Niewystarczające są również kompetencje pracowników do zarządzania komunikacją w mediach społecznościowych. Badania pozwoliły na określenie kierunków działań, których podjęcie jest niezbędne dla zwiększenia skuteczności wykorzystywania mediów społecznościowych w zarządzaniu procesami komunikacji wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej w przedsiębiorstwie.
