Proces zarządzania obsługą klienta w łańcuchu dostaw
Podejście procesowe w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw uznaje się za nowoczesne i poleca do wdrożenia. Koncepcja organizacji procesowej opiera się na: wysoko kwalifikowanej pracy zespołu, który motywuje pozostałych zatrudnionych do maksymalnego wysiłku przy wykonywaniu zadań procesowych oraz podniesieniu produktywności bardziej w rezultacie zarządzania procesami niż funkcjami i dzięki zintegrowanej logistyce. Integrację łańcucha wspomaga szybkie dzielenie się dokładną informacją, a zastosowane  w tym celu nowoczesne technologie informacyjne mają przy okazji eliminować hierarchię organizacyjną. Podejście procesowe w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw ma zatem teoretycznie wiele zalet, jednak jego organizowanie w praktyce nie jest proste. Artykuł ma na celu wskazanie na problemy związane z nadaniem procesom biznesowym odpowiednich form organizacyjnych, umożliwiających ich prawidłową realizację w praktyce.
The customer service management process in the supply chain
The aim of this article is to present and discuss the customer service as the supply chain management process based on Lambert’s and others authors conception and proactive role customer service management process team. The main organizational problems connected with realization of business processes in the enterprises are also presented.

Makrologistyka w teorii globalnych dóbr publicznych
Zasadniczym celem artykułu jest wyjaśnienie rosnącej roli logistyki w skali makroekonomicznej przez pryzmat teorii globalnych dóbr publicznych. Punktem wyjścia swoich rozważań autorka uczyniła pokazanie istoty makrologistyki w systemie gospodarczym. W dalszej części zaprezentowała makrologistykę w ujęciu teorii dóbr publicznych, sformułowanej w 1954 r. przez P.A. Samuelsona, oraz w stanowiącej jej rozwinięcie i uzupełnienie teorii globalnych dóbr publicznych. 
Macrologistics in the theory of public goods
The main objective of this article is to explain the ever-growing role of logistics in the macroeconomic scale through the prism of the theory of public goods. The starting point for the author’s proposals is a presentation of the idea of macrologistics in economic systems. In the further part of the article the author presents macrologistics in the light of the theory of public goods, published by P.A. Samuelson in 1954 and the theory of global public goods, which expands and supplements the original idea.

Zarządzanie zleceniami dostaw w rozproszonej strukturze magazynowej
Artykuł nawiązuje do obecnej sytuacji na rynku polskim i innych rynkach europejskich, gdzie powstaje coraz więcej podmiotów o zróżnicowanej strukturze wewnętrznej, tworzących złożone sieci dystrybucji, posiadających rozbudowaną sieć kontrahentów. Podmioty takie stają przed wieloma problemami decyzyjnymi związanymi z generowaniem zamówień do dostawców i zarządzaniem rozproszonymi zleceniami dostaw. W artykule opisano specyfikę złożonych podmiotów gospodarczych, wskazano na istotność relacje trade-off pomiędzy obszarami logistycznymi oraz scharakteryzowano kolejne etapy realizacji procesu uzupełniania zapasów w sieci dystrybucji. Artykuł podnosi ponadto kwestię metodycznego i informatycznego wsparcia działań zakupowych poprzez wyspecyfikowanie potrzeb wspomagania procesów w tym zakresie oraz analizę dostępnych obecnie na rynku metod optymalizacji procesów i systemów informatycznych.
Delivery orders management in dispersed warehousing structure
The article refers to current situation on the polish market, as well as other European markets, where more and more companies with differentiated structure are rising up. They have complex distribution networks and extensive network of contractors. Such companies are faced with many decision-making problems associated with generation of orders to suppliers and managing distributed supply orders. The article describes the specificity of complex entities, points out the importance of trade-off relations between the areas of logistics and characterizes stages of the replenishment process of the distribution network. Article also raises the issue of  methodological and information support for activities connected with purchase by specifying the needs of supporting the processes in this area and analysis methods of process optimization and information systems available on the market.

Optymalizacja wyboru sposobu przewozu przesyłek drobnych

W logistyce postuluje się stosowanie podejścia systemowego, które polega na uwzględnianiu przy podejmowaniu decyzji opłacalności całego systemu, a nie tylko jego poszczególnych części. Autor artykułu zastosował to systemowe podejście do przedstawienia problemu optymalizacji sposobu przewozu przesyłek drobnych. Jak wynika z przedstawionych wyników badań, istotnie istnieje tzw. konflikt celów między efektywnością ekonomiczną rozpatrywaną z punktu widzenia pojedynczej przesyłki a efektywnością całego systemu przewozów.
The optimization of choice of transport of small consignments carriages
The theory of logistics plays emphasis on so called system approach, what means taking into consideration, when making decisions, the profitability of the whole system and not only its parts. The author of the paper has adopted this approach to present the problem of optimization of the mode of the carrying of small consignments. As it results from the calculations there is in fact so called trade-offs between economical effectiveness of one specific consignment and the effectiveness of the whole transportation system.

Logistyka specjalnych narzędzi skrawających  – studium przypadku
W artykule podjęto temat funkcjonowania logistyki w nowoczesnym przedsiębiorstwie o dużym potencjale produkcyjnym. Przeanalizowano logistykę narzędzi skrawających o istotnym znaczeniu. Dokonano analizy wartościowej oraz stworzono mapy procesów logistycznych rozpatrywanych narzędzi przez opisanie stanu obecnego i proponowanego. Podjęto próbę oszacowania spodziewanych rezultatów zmian. W podsumowaniu zawarto wnioski dotyczące zarządzania logistyką w strukturze przedsiębiorstwa.
Logistics of the special cutting tools – the case study
The paper deals with the subject of the functioning of logistics in a modern enterprise with a large production potential. Logistics of special cutting tools has been analyzed. A value analysis has been performed and maps of logistic processes have been made for the tools under consideration by describing the present state and the proposed one. An assessment of the expected modification results has been attempted. In the summary, conclusions concerning the management of logistics in the enterprise structure have been stated.
