Zachowania obywatelskie w organizacji: istota, rodzaje, determinanty, skutki

Decydenci w organizacjach często oczekują od pracowników podejmowania działań, które nie wynikają z formalnej umowy o pracę. W literaturze przedmiotu tego typu aktywność określa się mianem zachowań obywatelskich w organizacji. Pojęcie to pojawiło się w latach 80. XX wieku i do dzisiaj jest przedmiotem znacznego zainteresowania przedstawicieli nauk o zarządzaniu. Celem artykułu jest przegląd oraz przedstawienie wyników dociekań teoretycznych i badań empirycznych nad zachowaniami obywatelskimi w organizacji — tym bardziej że w polskojęzycznych czasopismach ukazało się niewiele artykułów poświęconych tej problematyce. Uwzględniono przede wszystkim cztery obszary analizy — istotę, rodzaje, uwarunkowania i skutki takich zachowań.
