AI Act jako źródło obowiązków pracodawcy w zakresie stosowania systemów sztucznej inteligencji

Celem artykułu jest analiza wybranych przepisów Aktu w sprawie sztucznej inteligencji (AI Act) dotyczących obowiązków pracodawców związanych ze stosowaniem systemów AI w środowisku pracy, z uwzględnieniem roli dostawcy lub podmiotu stosującego na gruncie rozporzą­dzenia. W rezultacie podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pyta­nie, czy przyjęte mechanizmy, w tym ocena ryzyka i klasyfi­kacja systemów, wymogi nadzoru, obowiązki informacyjne oraz ocena skutków dla praw podstawowych (FRIA), za­pewniają realne standardy bezpieczeństwa i poszanowania praw pracownika, czy też, ze względu na specyfikę stosun­ku pracy, mogą mieć ograniczoną skuteczność.
