Wpływ zarządzania kapitałem relacyjnym na logistyczne efekty przedsiębiorstwa

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań ankietowych oceniających znaczenie poszczególnych elementów składowych kapitału relacyjnego z punktu widzenia realizowanych w przedsiębiorstwach strategii. Dokonano również analizy zależności między kapitałem relacyjnym a przebiegiem procesów logistycznych. Analizę danych oparto na wynikach ankiet pochodzących z 200 przedsiębiorstw znajdujących się w południowej części Polski. Celem badań było określenie relacji pomiędzy wybranymi elementami kapitału relacyjnego a efektami funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw w kontekście procesów logistycznych. Przeprowadzone badania i uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły na wykazanie, że w badanej grupie przedsiębiorstw występowały korelacje pomiędzy sposobem podejścia przedsiębiorstw do budowania kapitału relacyjnego a uzyskiwanymi efektami w kontekście wybranych aspektów procesów logistycznych.
