Świat pracy na bezdrożach. Refleksje wokół możliwych skutków pandemii COVID-19

Rozprzestrzeniająca się pandemia COVID-19 stanowi poważny cios dla gospodarki światowej, w tym dla dotychczas stosunkowo stabilnych struktur społeczno-gospodarczych rozwiniętego kapitalizmu. W artykule przedstawiono pierwsze reakcje instytucji i partnerów społecznych. Autorzy zwracają uwagę, że kryzys pandemiczny może doprowadzić do fundamentalnej transformacji znanego nam dziś świata pracy. W opisie wizji świata pracy po pandemii pomóc mają cztery pytania postawione w artykule i dotyczące: przyszłości globalizacji, zmian w środowisku pracy, zapewnienia zabezpieczenia społecznego w szerszym zakresie oraz zmian społecznych w ocenie wartości miejsc pracy.
