W kierunku poprawy statusu prawnego stażystów – tendencje legislacyjne w prawie UE a polskie standardy regulacji prawnej staży

Staże są ważnym instrumentem umożliwiającym nabycie umiejętności praktycznych do wykonywania pracy oraz doświadczenia zawodowego. Są postrzegane jako pomost pomiędzy edukacją lub czasową dezaktywizacją zawodową związaną z bezrobociem a stałym zatrudnieniem. Ze względu na daleko idącą dyferencjację regulacji prawnej tej instytucji, w ostatnim czasie, zwłaszcza na poziomie prawa UE zwraca się uwagę na konieczność podjęcia działań, które poprawią warunki pracy stażystów (w tym w zakresie godziwego wynagrodzenia) i podniosą jakość staży. W artykule przed stawiono najnowsze tendencje legislacyjne w tym zakresie na poziomie prawa UE, a na ich tle polskie standardy regulacji prawnej staży.
