Assistant professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology. Her research interests focus on social policy, in particular senior policy, the deinstitutionalisation of social services, cross-sectoral cooperation, and the role of local governments in shaping public policy at the local level. She is the author of numerous scientific and expert publications addressing the transformation of social support systems, intergenerational integration, and the economics of ageing. Her academic work is closely connected with practical engagement: she currently serves as the Plenipotentiary of the Pomeranian Voivode for Family, Social Policy and Senior Affairs. She is also a member of the Council for Senior Policy at the Ministry of Senior Policy and a permanent advisor to the Parliamentary Committee on Senior Policy. She is actively involved in the design and implementation of innovative solutions in social policy at both central and regional levels, with particular emphasis on community-based service models and the development of local cross-sectoral support networks.
