Full Professor, PhD Dsc, Professor Emeritus of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, doctor honoris causa there, employee of the Warsaw Management University. Honorary member of the Committee of Sciences on Organization and Management of PAN (Polish Academy of Sciences), member of the Jury of Professor Tadeusz Kotarbiński Medal, the President of the Editorial Committee of PAN’s “Organizacja and Kierowanie” quarterly magazine. Member of the Central Commission for Scientific Degrees and Titles for three terms office.

His scientific interests focus on corporate management as well as methodic / methodological fundaments of the sciences on management.
