Reserve lieutenant colonel, doctor of economics, assistant professor at the Department of Defence Economics and Economic Security, Institute of Logistics, War Studies University. His research interests focus on economic security, nuclear deterrence, CBRN defence systems, and the application of modern technologies in the fields of national security and defence. He graduated from the Military University of Technology with a degree in Technical Physics, specializing in sensor technology. A long-serving officer of the Polish Armed Forces, he held both command and specialist positions related to CBRN defence, including assignments at the Land Forces Contamination Analysis Centre, the CBRN Defence Directorate of the General Command of the Polish Armed Forces, and the CBRN Defence Training Centre of the War Studies University. After completing his military service, he continued his scientific, research, and expert activities within the defence sector, cooperating, among others, with the Military Institute of Chemistry and Radiometry and Lubawa S.A. At the same time, as a Project Manager at KenBIT Sp. z o.o., he is responsible for the implementation of research and development projects concerning remote detection systems, battlefield medicine solutions (MEWA MED project), and artificial intelligence-based technologies.
