A seasoned software engineer, systems architect, and administrator with extensive expertise across various domains, including artificial intelligence, social development applications, business support solutions, e-learning and remote education platforms, as well as process optimization and digitization for both enterprises and academic institutions. He has led and participated in numerous innovative projects, including "Dynamic valuation system for commercial real estate in local government units" (awarded the INTARG 2023 Silver Medal), "Non-fiduciary cryptographic currency fostering local community integration", and "AI-based pandemic early warning system" supporting crisis management teams. He also teaches software engineering courses and is the author of numerous publications and open-source projects, including the popular e-book Learning to program in Python and the book Social market economy – a recipe for crisis, cited in academic research.
