Associate professor in the Faculty of Management, Bialystok University of Technology. Head of research projects in the area of marketing of medical services, relational marketing and trust management. Author and co-author of many consulting studies; expert in evaluations of the Community under the Regional Operational Program for Podlaskie Voivodship; member of the Social Board of the National Health Fund.

Author of over 50 scientific publications, i.a. Jakość i marketing usług medycznych (Quality and marketing of medical services, Wolters Kluwer, Warsaw 2008) and articles, published i.a. in Marketing i Rynek monthly magazine, No. 2/2011: Decyzje zakupowe klientów trzeciego wieku w świetle badań jakościowych (Purchase decisions of senior customers in the light of qualitative research).
