PhD Dsc BEng, associate professor in the Institute of Logistics and Marketing, in the Faculty of Economics, the University of Opole. Dsc in economic sciences, in the field of management science (research specialization: logistics, supply chain management, strategic management), the University of Economics in Katowice, the Faculty of Management. PhD in economic sciences (research specializations: logistics, marketing, management), at the University of Opole, the Faculty of Economics. His research interests concern logistics, supply chain management, corporate management and strategic management. Author or co-author of several books (including “Logistics in the system of corporate management. Relations and directions of changes”, published in PWE Polish Economic Publishers), as well as several dozen scientific articles (published, i.a., in “Gospodarka Materiałowa i Logistyka” magazine). Four-time participant of Polish-American Summer School in Economics. Cooperated with several enterprises, including Górażdże Group (HeidelbergCement Group) and PGE Elektrownia Opole SA. President of the Supervisory Board of the Opole Road Transport Company in the years 2007-2008.
