The success of supply chains depends primarily on integrating and coordinating the activities of network participants. Many supplier companies are shifting toward team-based structures to manage the boundaries with their customers. One of the possibilities of the operational implementation of cooperation in the supply chain is the appointment of teams in the network structure. The paper aims to orient researchers who are new to collaborative work in supply chain research. The study conducted by the authors used both a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. The second part of the paper includes in-depth analysis of clusters identified for the teamwork in the supply chain based on the analysis with the TreeCloud tool and VOSviewer software performed in the first part. Authors of the paper did the synthesis of both analyses with an in-depth reading of the seminal studies according to the identified clusters. The second part of this paper also contains summary with conclusions where trends in the field of supply chain collaboration by teamwork are identified. Following the research results, three main topics should be investigated in future research: the impact of cross-functional and cross-organizational teams on supply chain integration and performance and the ways of managing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in the supply chain communication in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.

Teamwork is a specific social group, consisting of at least two people, subject to the same impact, consciously interacting with one another, perceiving themselves as members of a specific group and identifying with it, as well as having a common goal, shared norms and creating a characteristic structure (fulfilling complementary roles). Situation caused by COVID-19 forced a change in defining and functioning of supply chains. It is also a moment of very dynamic development of work and cooperation in a remote environment, which impacted the functioning of teamwork in the supply chain. The paper is composed of two parts and aims to orient researchers who are new to collaborative work in supply chain research. The first article is structured as follows: the systematic literature review procedure is presented, then the bibliometric analysis is conducted, an in-depth analysis of journals and articles is performed with use of the Treecloud tool and VOSviewer software to analyse the selected papers.

The main objective of the publication is to define the role and importance of shipment of dangerous goods in transport and freight forwarding, with particular emphasis on Poland. In the first part of the dissertation, the concept of dangerous goods was defined. Also, the types of vehicles used for their movement were presented and shipping modes used to transport dangerous goods were identified along with the requirements for shipment of dangerous goods and proper attention to the equipment and marking of the cargo and the means of transport carrying such dangerous goods. Moreover, methods and ways of securing the loads during their movement were indicated. This part identifies the obligations of carriers during the shipment of dangerous goods (divided into particular modes of transport). The second part of the publication with deals with international regulation taking into account the mode of transport (ADR, RID, IDMG, ICAO) and underlines its importance in EU law. Attention was drawn to the results of the analysis of the organisation and implementation of the transport process of dangerous goods in Poland. These issues have been discussed i the context of the legislation and a model for their use in the transport of dangerous goods has been presented. Particular attention has been paid to the analysis of the most frequently used mode of transport for these goods, on the basis of which land transport management has been assessed. The evaluation of transport related to the adequacy of legislation on the transport of goods. Examples of difficulties and irregularities in Polish legislation in the field of transport of dangerous goods were also identified. The evaluation of the management of the transport of dangerous goods was the starting point for proposals to improve and modify the transport of dangerous goods.

The main goal of the authors of this publication is to analyse and evaluate the approach to the management of oversize loads in special transport vehicles. The analysis was made with regard to heavy and oversized transportation in Poland against the background of barriers and stimulants for heavy and oversized transportation in the European Union. The reasoning of the arguments is also to verify the research hypothesis: "Optimization of the management of oversize loads in special transport vehicles is possible thanks to a comprehensive platform for registering such shipments, applying for a permission to operate on roads, determining the route, monitoring carriers, as well as through permanent improvement of communication between public administration units". In this publication: oversize loads and special transport vehicles were defined and roughly classified; the place of heavy and oversized transportation was presented and requirements related to the movement of special transport vehicles were indicated; the approach to managing oversize loads in special transport vehicles in Poland was characterized; barriers and stimulants for the development of heavy and oversized transportation were diagnosed; as for heavy and oversized transportation in special transport vehicles in Poland, modifications were proposed.
